All of our churches enjoy substantial church grounds in beautiful rural settings. The up-keep of these grounds relies on the generosity of people who are happy to help with their maintenance. Please contact us if you are interested in helping.
The churchyard extends to about 4½ acres and is kept neat and tidy by the efforts of a small group of volunteer parishioners. If you would be interested to join this jolly band then please do speak to our Churchwardens or use the 'Contact Us' button at the top of this page.
The PCC have decided to convert the north porch into a wayside chapel as the porch faces the area used for current burials and will provide a small chapel for people tending graves and visiting the churchyard, this is open at all times.
The churchyard is a wonderful peaceful place to sit and stroll. To ensure that we can keep the grounds in a condition to keep it like that we are always looking for volunteers for the upkeep of the grounds. Please speak to John Eaton via the Contact Us button at the top of the page or simply come along on a Thursday morning from 10a.m. onwards.
